Last Tuesday at Toronto’s National Club on Bay Street, I moderated a Global Public Affairs session on Ontario’s proposed Water Opportunities and Water Conservation Act. Participants included key stakeholders David Henderson, a managing director of XPV Capital; Angella Hughes, CEO of Xogen Technologies Inc.; and Kevin Jones, president and CEO of OCETA. We talked about everything from exports to P3s to Water TAP, covering a large portion of the Act’s proposals and drawing forth some listen-worthy commentary.
