Richmond, British Columbia’s EnvirEau Technologies is rebranding as OCION Water Sciences Group. OCION manufactures and distributes proprietary water protection products that use natural minerals as their active ingredients.

The new brand signals a renewed focus on global growth and expansion of research and development.

“As a name, OCION evokes a world of clean, clear water. It also embodies the word ‘ion’, representing the natural mineral foundation of our clean technology,” says CEO M.J. (John) Klippenstein. “OCION has a global responsibility to help people treat water better.”

“The OCION Water Sciences Group mission is to help the millions who lack access to safe drinking water, and municipal, agricultural and industrial systems that need water to work better,” adds president Frank R. Varseveld, the company’s original founder.
